Back in the Day...
...there was a pretty vibrant little community around here. People from New York, Florida, and several other places got together on Xanga. It was tight.
Anybody from those days (pre-Facebook) still hang out here? What is your favorite memory from those heady days when Xanga was almost cool?

lol. i like going back through my xanga. i had it since like.. 2002.. lol. been a while. its cool to go back and see what was important to me back then. lol. lots have changed.
Wow...it's been a while since I've ventured on this site. It was fun while it lasted but I do recall myself moving off to the greener pastures of real webhosting fairly quickly after xanga hooked me on blogging.
Additionally - it took me forever to find my xanga username and password.
Took me two tries as well...
It really wasn't that long ago - 4-5 years. But it seems like a long time. Once in awhile I stop in.
Favorite memory? Many - the one that comes to mind, prolly because I'm on your page, was the first comment I made to someone. You made a comment after that and ended with something like, "I don't even want to think who Gotennis might be."

As evidenced by the many submissions on zomgee as of late....
One of my favorite memories is when Kevin set up AntiXanboy as a form of protest to all the Xanga sites, and got like a million comments.
xanga was cool, not just almost cool
